Experience: Dave is an Executive Director of Executive Interim Management (EIM), a firm that provides clients with senior executives on an interim basis to meet a wide range of business challenges.
Prior to being in executive search, Dave spent a large part of his career in corporate strategy with multinational organisation; Unilever PLC. Dave’s core specialisation is senior executive level appointments throughout Australia. His core mandates include CEO, COO, CFO and Executive leadership mandates.
Dave is a member of the Corporate Leaders' Network (CLN) providing counsel and support for executives and board members in transition. Married to Annie with three young daughters, Dave leads an active and healthy lifestyle holding active memberships with Peninsula Golf Club, Old Xaverian FC and the Melbourne Racing Club.
Education: Born in Melbourne, Dave attended Xavier College and completed a double major in Business Marketing and Management at Monash University.
