Experience: Dave is the Executive Director of Executive Interim Management (EIM – www.eim.com.au) , a firm that provides clients with senior executives on an interim basis to meet a wide range of business challenges. Dave is also the founder and director of ADAPT (www.adaptcpc.com.au), an executive search firm which specialises on key permanent executive leadership appointments for businesses across Australasia. Prior to this, Dave spent most of his career
with a global FTSE listed professional services business running their Australian operations and was a founder of their business based in the Middle East. Prior, he commenced his career working in consumer goods in marketing management appointments with Unilever PLC. Dave has extensive experience partnering and supporting a range of businesses at both board advisory and their C-Suite / senior executive leadership appointments. Born in Melbourne, married to Annie with 3 daughters, Dave is actively involved in the community sitting on the board of the school committee, is an active advocate and member of the women in football
steering committee at the Old Xaverian FC. In addition, ADAPT and EIM are corporate supporters to FightMND (www.fightmnd.com.au), a not for profit group based in Melbourne raising funds and awareness for Motor Neurone Disease. He also is a founding member of the Executive Leadership Forum supporting the Hawthorn Football Club (HFC) where he provides counsel for elite athletes transitioning to the commercial workforce.
Education: Dave holds a double degree from Monash University in Victoria, with honours in Marketing, and is a member of Hawthorn FC, Old Xaverian FC and the Peninsula Kingswood Country Golf Club.

Experience: Christopher Callinan has been a Director with EIM since 1996, and has served as a member of the firm’s Global Executive Forum. Prior to joining EIM, he had over 30 years management experience in industrial and consumer markets in Australia, North America and Europe. Following an early career in marketing and general management with Nylex Corporation and Pilkington ACI, Chris ran the Australian, then the international consumer products business of McPhersons Ltd for ten years living in the USA and Europe for five years. Chris was formerly Chairman of the Board of the Corps of Commissionaires. President of the Old Xaverians Association and a member of the Victorian Chapter of Australian Catholic University. He is a Director of the Xavier College Foundation, and Calwood Partners Pty Ltd.
Education: Chris holds an Economics Degree and has completed the Stanford University Senior Executive Program.

Experience: Garry Ringwood is a Director of Executive Interim Management, a firm that provides clients with Senior Executives on an interim basis to meet a wide range of business challenges. Prior to this Garry spent most of his business career with Amcor Ltd, one of the world’s largest packaging companies, where for his last six years, he was a Member of the Board.Garry has extensive experience in the Education Sector with his past membership of the Council of RMIT University, during the last three years of which he held the post of Deputy Chancellor. RMIT University is one of Australia’s largest universities and is a leader in offshore education, particularly in Asia. He also spent six years on the Board of Governors of the Council of Adult Education. He was also on the Council of Trinity Grammar School; Kew, the last six on which he was Chairman.
Garry also has a wider community and business involvement with his past membership of the Prime Minister’s Supermarket to Asia Council. He was Chairman of Leadership Victoria and has previously been a Member of the Serco Asia Pacific Board and Chairman of AB Note (Australia). Garry is a director of Calwood Partners Pty Ltd.
Education: Garry holds a Commerce Degree from the University of NSW and he is a Fellow of the Society of Certified Practicing Accountants. He has also completed the Stanford University Senior Executive Program.

Robert was appointed an Executive Director of EIM in February 2012. His early career was spent in international trade promotion and investment attraction roles with the Australian and NSW Governments in Asia, North America and Europe. Later, he established a private business services consultancy servicing clients in Australia, Asia, Europe and the Arabian Gulf, which he ran successfully for almost a decade before taking up a senior London-based commercial role with the Victorian Government accessing export markets and inward investment opportunities for Victorian companies throughout the European Union.
In 1991 Robert joined the then global industrial conglomerate Pacific Dunlop Ltd where he spent several years in a strategic business development role in Asia. This was followed by a period working in the USA leading the Americas operations of an Australian high technology company supplying sophisticated elemental analysis equipment and related services to the coal, cement and other bulk materials industries throughout North, Central and South America. More recently, he has been involved in executive search assisting boards with senior management and director appointments.
Education: Robert holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of NSW and a Master of International Business from the University of Melbourne. Until recently, he was a Fellow of both CPA Australia and the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He is still an accredited Company Secretary and Fellow of the Australian Governance Institute (formerly Chartered Secretaries Australia).

Experience: Alan Locke has been with EIM since 1999 and brings to the firm an extensive association with the business community, including through his long association with The Executive Connection, an expanding group that provides a forum for CEO’s to exchange ideas and discuss common issues. Prior to this he spent ten years in senior executive search as a partner in a major international firm. This followed 25 years of general management experience in the building materials and telecommunications industries. He has a strong understanding of business issues, a wide contact network and an excellent appreciation of senior interim management talent.
