Experience: Christopher Callinan has been a Director with EIM since 1996, and has served as a member of the firm’s Global Executive Forum. Prior to joining EIM, he had over 30 years management experience in industrial and consumer markets in Australia, North America and Europe. Following an early career in marketing and general management with Nylex Corporation and Pilkington ACI, Chris ran the Australian, then the international consumer products business of McPhersons Ltd for ten years living in the USA and Europe for five years. Chris was formerly Chairman of the Board of the Corps of Commissionaires for nine years and President of the Old Xaverians Association for four years. He is a member of the Victorian Chapter of Australian Catholic University, and a Director of the Xavier College Foundation.
Education: Chris holds an Economics Degree and has completed the Stanford University Senior Executive Program.

Experience: Garry Ringwood is a Director of Executive Interim Management, a firm that provides clients with Senior Executives on an interim basis to meet a wide range of business challenges. Prior to this Garry spent most of his business career with Amcor Ltd, one of the world’s largest packaging companies, where for his last six years, he was a Member of the Board.
Garry has extensive experience in the Education Sector with his past membership of the Council of RMIT University, during the last three years of which he held the post of Deputy Chancellor. RMIT University is one of Australia’s largest universities and is a leader in offshore education, particularly in Asia. He also spent
six years on the Board of Governors of the Council of Adult Education.
Garry also has a wider community and business involvement with his past membership of the Prime Minister’s Supermarket to Asia Council. He was Chairman of Leadership Victoria and has previously been a Member of the Serco Asia Pacific Board and Chairman of AB Note (Australia).
Garry is currently Chairman of Trinity Grammar School, Kew.
Education: Garry holds a Commerce Degree from the University of NSW and he is a Fellow of the Society of Certified Practising Accountants. He has also completed the Stanford University Senior Executive Program.

Experience: Robert Ward joined EIM in February 2012. His early career was spent in international trade promotion and investment attraction roles working with the Australian and NSW Governments in Asia, North America and Europe. Later, he established a private business services consultancy servicing clients in Australia, Asia, Europe and the Arabian Gulf, which he ran successfully for almost a decade before taking up a senior London-based commercial role with the Victorian Government.
In 1991 Robert joined the global industrial conglomorate Pacific Dunlop Ltd where he spent several years in a strategic business development role in Asia. This was followed by a period working in the USA running the Americas operations of an Australian high technology company supplying sophisticated elemental analysis equipment and related services to the coal, cement and other bulk materials industries throughout North, Central and South America. More recently, Robert has been involved in executive search assisting boards with senior management and director appointments.
Education: Robert holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of NSW and a Masters of International Business from the University of Melbourne. He is a qualified Company Secretary accredited with The Australian Governance Institute (formerly known as Chartered Secretaries Australia) and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Experience: Alan Locke has been with EIM since 1999 and brings to the firm an extensive association with the business community, including through his long association with The Executive Connection, an expanding group that provides a forum for CEO’s to exchange ideas and discuss common issues. Prior to this he spent ten years in senior executive search as a partner in a major international firm. This followed 25 years of general management experience in the building materials and telecommunications industries. He has a strong understanding of business issues, a wide contact network and an excellent appreciation of senior interim management talent.
Education: Alan holds a B.Eng. (Hons) from the University of Sydney and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh, USA.

Experience: Ken joined EIM in 2016 to establish the Perth office. Prior to joining EIM, Ken had a long history of successful senior management positions in the mining and related industries in Australia and Asia. These included president of a steel rolling mill in Taiwan, CEO of a pan Asian trading and investment company based in Singapore plus senior marketing and commercial roles in copper, gold and diamonds. On returning to Perth in 1994, Ken was Director General of the Department of Minerals and Energy, and then was twice appointed CEO of publicly listed mining services companies. Since 2012 Ken has been a professional director of public and private companies.
Education: Ken has First Class Honours Degree in Chemistry and a MBA from Harvard Business School.
