Christopher Callinan

Experience: Christopher Callinan has been a Director with EIM since 1996, and has served as a member of the firm’s Global Executive Forum. Prior to joining EIM, he had over 30 years management experience in industrial and consumer markets in Australia, North America and Europe. Following an early career in marketing and General Management with Nylex Corporation and Pilkington ACI, Chris ran the Australian, then the international consumer products business of McPhersons Limited for ten years living in the USA and Europe for five years. Chris is currently Chairman of the Board of the Corps of Commissionaires, a member of the Victorian Chapter of Australian Catholic University, and is President of the Old Xaverians Association.

Education: Chris holds an Economics Degree and has completed the Stanford University Senior Executive Program.

Garry Ringwood

Experience: Garry Ringwood has been a director with EIM since 1998. Prior to joining EIM, most of Garry’s business career was with Amcor Limited where for his last six years he was a member of the Board. Garry has also a wider community and business involvement with his past membership of the Prime Minister’s Supermarket to Asia Council, and ten years as a member of the Council of RMIT University, during the last three of which he held the post of Deputy Chancellor. Garry is currently Chairman of Leadership Victoria, a member of the Serco Asia Pacific Advisory Board, and Treasurer & Council member of Trinity Grammar School.

Education: Garry holds a Commerce Degree and he is a Fellow of the Society of Certified Practising Accountants, he has also completed the Stanford University Senior Executive Program.

Alan Locke

Experience: Alan Locke has been with EIM since 1999 and brings to the firm an extensive association with the business community, including through his long association with The Executive Connection, an expanding group that provides a forum for CEO’s to exchange ideas and discuss common issues. Prior to this he spent ten years in senior executive search as a partner in a major international firm. This followed 25 years of general management experience in the building materials and telecommunications industries. He has a strong understanding of business issues, a wide contact network and an excellent appreciation of senior interim management talent.

Education: Alan holds a B.Eng. (Hons) from the University of Sydney and an MBA from the University of Pittsburg, USA.

Tony O'Leary

Experience: Tony O’Leary joined EIM as an Executive Director in the Sydney Office in July 2009. He has had extensive experience in the senior level Interim Management business as a Partner in Heidrick & Struggles where he led their Interim Management practice. Prior to this Tony held senior roles in firms providing executive search and interim management services, including setting up the Australian operations for a US firm focussing on financial executives. His early career was as a tax consultant in one of the major accounting firms. Tony has experience in the business, government and not-for-profit sectors, with assignments including Board, CEO and functional leadership roles. He brings complementary skills and networks to our team.

Education: Tony holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Marketing from Southern Cross University, NSW.
