The firm was founded in 1988 as a joint venture between leading executive search firm Egon Zehnder International www.egonzehnder.com and the Dutch Consulting Group Boer and Croon www.boercroon.nl who pioneered our unique concept of interim management more than twenty years ago.

Today we are an independent global partnership backed by the experience of over 3000 assignments worldwide.

EIM Australia was formed in 1991 and has completed over 300 senior assignments.
